Sezen

The initial Ottgaz dataset is a transformation of the second edition of Tahir Sezen, Osmanlı yer adları (Ankara: T.C. Başbakanlık Devlet Arşivleri Genel Müdürlüğü, 2017). Transformation of the first edition is detailed at a Github repository.
